Who Should Join

Only 2% of people in the U.S. will run for office in their lifetime, and it can be a lonely experience, especially for first-time candidates.

With LEE, members don’t have to explore a run alone. Together, LEE’s diverse network of leaders and experts can support you to navigate the unique set of doubts and challenges that stop many equity-minded leaders from running in the first place.

Join LEE for a discussion with peers who are also in your shoes. We;ll provide an hour-long virtual workshop to delve into the challenges, lessons, and revelations of running for office. LEE will also share top tips to consider as you explore a run + resources for every phase of your elected leadership journey.

Attendees will gain clarity on the next phase of their leadership journey and access tangible next steps to plan their next moves.
