The Next Level Leadership Summit is a 3-day immersive experience (two half days and one full day) for experienced policy and advocacy professionals who are ready to pursue senior leadership and want a clear, values-aligned path forward.

This is a space where you’re not just preparing, you’re positioning yourself to step into your power, take up space, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Through coaching, planning, and community support, you’ll walk away with an actionable leadership plan and a trusted network to sustain your next chapter.

Are travel and lodging covered?

Yes. LEE will cover most meals, hotel, and airfare. We’ll share final info in early August.

Who’s facilitating the Summit?

Sessions will be facilitated by LEE's expert career coaches who have years of experience guiding LEE members like you into senior leadership roles.
