Recruit a Fellowship Host

I wanted to reach out personally to share an amazing opportunity that I think may be a great fit for your organization—LEE is looking for amazing policy and advocacy organizations to serve as hosts for their Policy and Advocacy Fellowships.

This is a way to:

• Add vetted, high-quality temporal capacity to your team/priorities (who also receives added support from LEE training and coaches throughout their experience)
• Grow diverse talent pipelines to your office/org
• Do both at low fractional cost

I’d love to think with you about ways that a LEE fellow (summer or 9-month) might advance your work.

This one-pager provides an overview of each fellowship, but as a quick reminder:

• Policy and Advocacy Summer Fellowship is an 8-week entry-level fellowship from June-August 2025
• Public Policy Fellowship is a 9-month mid-level fellowship from September 1, 2025-May 31, 2026
