Reflect on your two years with TFA and recommit to equity in whatever comes next for you!
Members at this session will reflect and gain new power of their own story. As educators and civic leaders, it is essential that we control our own narrative and have the skills and tools necessary to effectively communicate the challenges facing our schools and communities. During this session, members will reflect on their values, understand LEE’s orientation to values-driven leadership and pull forward reflections from their experiences in the corps and as they prepare for how to speak about their evolving theory of change.
