Come join us to learn more about what it takes to run for Neighborhood Council, what it involves, and how you can set yourself on a path to run for a seat in the Spring of 2025.
As a note, Neighborhood Councils are a form of more direct democracy in the City of Los Angeles. They have regular elections to decide who will represent each neighborhood and are a very accessible way of getting involved in your community. Oftentimes, representatives are elected with as few as a couple dozen votes, but don’t let that fool you, Neighborhood Councils are a great way to become a leader where you live or work.
