Develop a quality resume for your career in policy, advocacy, or organizing.

In this course, you will be able to learn some best practices for resume writing, see some sample resumes, and even get feedback on your own resume.

About the Course

 

This course is part of the Career Onramp learning path and focuses on giving LEE members resume support and advice that is specific to policy, advocacy, and organizing careers.

In this short course you will:

  • Review a checklist of tips and tricks for resume writing
  • Explore and compare different resume examples and formats
  • Be able to submit your own resume for feedback 

Who Should Enroll

 

LEE members who are actively looking for a new role in the policy, advocacy, and organizing sectors and are looking to improve their resumes. Additionally, if you know you will be looking for a job in the future, it can be helpful to get feedback on your resume, even before you officially start your job search. This course is part of the Career Onramp, a learning path that will help you develop the professional portfolio to successfully secure a new role in policy, advocacy, or organizing.
