Only 2% of people in this country will ever run for office in their lifetime. It can be a lonely experience, especially after a campaign loss. With LEE, members don’t have to process their candidate experience alone. Together, LEE’s diverse network of leaders and experts can help members reflect on their previous run for office, share lessons learned in a supportive community space, and celebrate their efforts.
Join LEE in Phoenix for an in-person, weekend-long retreat with members who are also in your shoes to delve into the challenges, lessons, and joys of running for office. Members will also assess areas of growth, gain clarity on the next phase of their leadership development journey, and draft action plans for their next moves.
The application deadline has been extended to January 24, 2024 by 12 pm EST. LEE will notify applicants of their acceptance by January 25, 2024. The retreat will take place in Phoenix, AZ from February 23-25, 2024. Travel, lodging, and meals during the program will be covered by LEE.
