Political Leadership Retreat

Only 2% of people in this country will ever run for office in their lifetime. It can be a lonely experience, especially after a campaign loss. With LEE, members don’t have to process their candidate experience alone. Together, LEE’s network of leaders of diverse political views and experts can help members reflect on their previous run for office, share lessons learned in a supportive community space, and celebrate their efforts.

Who Should Join

The Political Leadership Retreat is an invite-only program. Invited members must apply and demonstrate an eagerness to:

• Process individual growth and challenges in a group setting.
• Contribute lessons learned and share best practices.
• Turn lessons into an action plan.
