This 8-week, virtual, coach-facilitated course provides you with expert support to advance your policy, advocacy, or organizing career.

Sign up for our Mid-Career Group Coaching course to get on track to move up or laterally in the field and land into a new impactful role. This course is based on a graduate-level public service career course and years of coaching experience. We will be your accountability partner and expert guide as you work through your plan.

Facilitators

 

Erica Roberts is an Executive and Career Coach. She guides members to align their values, strengths and interests with meaningful career paths, and helps them quickly advance along their career journey. During her 15-year career as a training director, customer service director, senior executive, and executive director, Erica took joy from the opportunity to develop and engage managers and employees through training, mentoring and coaching. Through various opportunities, including leading government-wide efforts to improve customer experience, she derived extreme satisfaction from identifying and implementing solutions to improve government operations for customers. She has a natural gift for finding solutions to develop organizations and individuals. She also has a passion for empowering people to make their greatest contribution.
