As a 1st member of the Power Conscious Leadership cohort, they’re gearing up to lead anti-racist trainings for teachers on their school campus. They said that the learning on Liberatory Consciousness empowered them to not only stand up to injustice happening on campus, but has equipped them to teach others and inspired the desire to help teachers learn how to react and respond to students.

This was an incredible training that pushed my learning edge. I learned how to craft my public narratives (because no one has a singular story) and how to conduct motivational interviewing.
