I’m pleased to share that Leadership for Educational Equity’s Courageous Leadership Conference (CLC) is back for a third year, and we would be honored to invite you to join us.
Registration is now officially open for this three-day, invitation-only convening of approximately 200 senior leaders—including influencers and decision-makers in policy, advocacy, and elected leadership. The conference centers sustainability, meaningful connection, and skill development, and we are excited to gather in Atlanta from May 13–15, 2026.
This year’s conference is designed to foster executive leadership growth by aligning each session with at least one of the Top 6 Senior-Level PA Competencies. Our 2026 theme captures the spirit of the experience:

CLC is a space to pause, recharge, and sharpen the tools that move leadership forward. We are intentionally honoring the real and lasting impact senior leaders are making across the country, and our goal is for this community to feel seen, supported, and equipped to stay in the work while continuing to grow their influence where it matters most.
