I am a coach, facilitator, and therapist who believes that building powerful relationships can create massive change. I have formerly worked as a community organizer and educator, and currently work as a leadership coach, consultant, and trainer with nonprofit, education, and legal organizations. Building resilient, relational organizations leads to impactful strategy and operational success, and all of this starts with strong relationships, which requires work. Systems of oppression collude to separate us from each other and ourselves and coaching can be a tool to relying on our relationships to organize more power for, and between, our communities.
