Why I’m a LEE Ambassador
I am excited to serve as an Alumni Ambassador for Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) because of my passion for educational equity and my commitment to empowering others to create lasting change in their communities. My academic and extracurricular experiences have equipped me with the skills to engage diverse groups, communicate effectively, and drive meaningful outcomes.
As a mentor for the Boys & Girls Club and through my work with the RCVCOBE Mentor Collective, I have supported individuals in overcoming academic challenges, strengthening my ability to connect with others and provide guidance. Additionally, my background in administration and leadership—particularly in team management and task organization—has helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills. These qualities will enable me to effectively engage alumni in the registration process, ensuring they recognize the value of LEE’s programs.
I am also eager to apply my creative problem-solving skills to implement outreach strategies that resonate with alumni and encourage their involvement. Being bilingual in English and Spanish further enhances my ability to connect with a broad range of alumni and foster inclusivity within the program.
I am committed to leadership development and eager to contribute to LEE’s mission by supporting alumni in their journey toward civic engagement.
