Why I’m a LEE Ambassador

As a LEE Alumni Ambassador, I am deeply committed to educational equity and civic empowerment. As a student at UC Riverside, I interact daily with peers who possess transformative ideas but often lack the roadmap to put them into practice. I bridge that gap by connecting fellow alumni to the civic tools, leadership training, and network of support that LEE provides.

My sociology background provides a strong framework for understanding social systems and community organizing, while sharpening my empathy and communication skills. On campus, I regularly engage with classmates, listen to their goals, and help them find concrete ways to get involved in issues they care about. Combining my passion for equity with my strength in interpersonal connection, I mobilize others toward civic leadership and advance LEE’s mission.
